A food diary is an invaluable tool for working out the foods which act as your triggers record what and when you eat and drink, what activities you were involved in after eating and what symptoms you experienced. I long ago switched to low-acid orange juice, consuming only a few ounces a day to dissolve a fiber supplement. Ive also found instant coffee to be less irritating than brewed, and drink the latter only with food to help protect my digestive tract.
